Ernestine Nyoka Kayiba is a Congolese politician and lawyer, born November 27, 1963, in Kinshasa, who served as Deputy Minister of Budget of the Democratic Republic of the Congo from December 2014 to January 2017. A member of the People's Party for Reconstruction and Democracy, she practiced law before her government appointment, opening her own law office in 2007 after earning a law degree from the University of Kinshasa in 1994.
