Maria Gracia Cielo Grace Magno Padaca is a Filipino politician and former journalist, born October 25, 1963, in Cauayan, Isabela. She served as the 31st Governor of Isabela province from 2004 to 2010 and later as a Commissioner of the Commission on Elections from 2012 to 2014. A polio survivor who uses crutches, she received the 2008 Ramon Magsaysay Award for Public Service in recognition of her work in democratic governance and provincial development.
