All Policies

Named government policies and programs: a specific law, initiative or standing course of action adopted by a government or international body, described by what it does, who adopted it and when it took effect. A policy here is the concrete measure itself rather than the party or administration that enacted it, which is its own entity linked to the policy by relationship. This category excludes the broader ideology or theory a policy may draw on, which is carried under its own concept entity instead.
