The Hasan Akhund Government is Afghanistan's day-to-day Council of Ministers under Prime Minister Hasan Akhund, an Afghan politician and cleric, holding the role continuously since an interim start on 7 September 2021 and permanent appointment on 15 August 2025; the office is subordinate to Supreme Leader Akhundzada on major decisions but is a real administrative office in its own right.
