Horta Inta-A Na Man is a Guinea-Bissauan general who has served as transitional President of Guinea-Bissau since November 27, 2025, sworn in one day after leading the High Military Command for the Restoration of National Security and Public Order in a coup that overthrew President Umaro Sissoco Embalo. The coup interrupted the count of a disputed November 23, 2025 general election, whose results were subsequently annulled, leaving the military transitional government in place pending a return to civilian rule.
