Miguel Barbosa Huerta was a Mexican politician who served as Governor of the state of Puebla from 2019 until his death in office in December 2022. A longtime senator before becoming governor, he died of a heart attack after being hospitalized in Puebla and then transferred to Mexico City; this entry places him under Heads of State and Government as the atlas's closest fit for a state level chief executive.
