Milojko Spajic, born September 24, 1987, in Pljevlja, has served as Prime Minister of Montenegro since October 31, 2023, leading the Europe Now! movement he co-founded in 2022, and ranks among the youngest serving state leaders in the world. He previously served as Minister of Finance and Social Welfare from 2020 to 2022 and worked at Goldman Sachs before founding his own venture capital firm, later returning to Montenegro to enter public service; a bid for the presidency in 2023 was rejected after he was found to hold dual Serbian-Montenegrin citizenship. He holds a bachelor's degree in econometrics from Saitama University in Japan and a master's degree in financial economics from HEC Paris.
