Nyam-Osoryn Uchral was elected the 35th Prime Minister of Mongolia by the State Great Khural, Mongolia's parliament, on March 30, 2026. He is the third person to hold the office since June 2025, when Luvsannamsrain Oyun-Erdene resigned after losing a no-confidence vote, a period of political instability that also saw Gombojavyn Zandanshatar briefly serve as prime minister before his own resignation.
