The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is an Indian multi-party political alliance formed on 15 May 1998, led by the Bharatiya Janata Party. It has governed India continuously since 2014 and, after the BJP fell short of a majority on its own in the 2024 general election, formed the Modi III Government relying on the seats of allied parties including the Telugu Desam Party and Janata Dal (United).
