Conditional
Nuclear Posture, Policies Party's own 2014 platform proposed reviewing and updating India's no-first-use doctrine rather than either reaffirming or repudiating it outright; Modi separately said during that campaign there would be "no compromise" on no-first-use, and the doctrine has not been formally revised in the years since. Recorded as the party's own platform position, distinct from the Modi III/Modi II government's own position-on edges (Status=official, Stance=supports) already on file for Nuclear Posture.
